Product Application
(1)Threaded Insert
Wire thread insert is a fastener element that is inserted into an substrate hole to restore the damaged threaded hole or improve the strength of the thread hole.
It is made of high strength, precision, corrosion resistant and diamond-shaped stainless steel wire
(2)Thread Repair kit
Professional Thread Repair Kit Restoring Damaged Threads. Ideal for restoring damaged threads, suitable for engine and other automotive applications. High impact metal case included.
(3) Plug Gauge
Thread Plug Gauges are used to gauge threaded holes before insertion of screw thread inserts.
Thread plug gauges check the size of internal threads to ensure the threads are within its designed tolerance limits.
(4) Ring Gauge
Ring gauge is used for checking the external dimensions of manufactured thread inserts.
Gauges are ring lapped to provide superior accuracy and wearability.
Gauge can be applied to the minimum of the GO and the maximum of the NO GO.
(5) Tap
Specially for wire thread inserts,key locking inserts.
•Made from select high speed steel.
•Used by hand or general machine tapping or with CNC machines.
•Available to three chamfer lengths for through-hole or blind-hole tapping.
•Available in a variety of platings.
•Threads types:M,MF,G,BSW,UNC,UNF.
•Available individually and contained in a set.
•Most sizes in the stock.
(6) Drill
Made of high-speed steel with a necked design.
Faster spiral flutes improve the efficiency of chipping operation and span wider space of the hole while tapping
Achieve excellent results in deepening blind holes
Plug chamfer taps have 3 to 5 pitches; bottoming chamfer taps have 1 to 2 pitches.
